Every client is automatically included when they contact or schedule with Hanson. There are no memberships, applications, or enrollment fees.

Log in to the Care Alliance Portal to view your stamp balance and available redemption levels. When you redeem, you’ll choose one benefit per redemption. After redeeming, you’ll receive a confirmation by text/email. To keep everything simple and accurate, redeemed benefits must be scheduled or used within 30 days of redemption.

The Care Alliance has four tiers: Partner, Protector, Guardian, and Curator. Your tier is based on annual activity from your join date and updates automatically. Privileges activate as soon as you qualify.

Yes. When you refer a friend or family member who completes their first service, you receive 4 bonus stamps as a thank-you. Your referred client also receives 4 welcome stamps when they join. The referral bonus is awarded to the first person who refers that new client.

No. Stamps, tier status, and portal access are tied to one individual account and are not transferable. If you have a household with multiple vehicles, ask us the best way to manage services under your account.

Use the Care Alliance Portal. After each service, you’ll receive an email and text update with your current stamp balance. Log in anytime to view your tier status, progress, and available redemptions.
