Hanson’s Auto Detail Care Alliance Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Hanson’s Auto Detail Care Alliance (the “Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Eligibility and Enrollment

1.1 Eligibility

The Program is open to individual consumers only. Businesses, fleets, dealerships, and commercial accounts are not eligible.

1.2 Enrollment

Enrollment is automatic and complimentary when you book your first service with Hanson’s Auto Detail. No application or forms are required. You may receive confirmation and updates via email and/or SMS.

1.3 Account Ownership

Your Program account is for your personal use only. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Tiers and Tier Progression

2.1 Tier Structure

The Program has four tiers. Your tier is determined by your total eligible spend during the 12-month period from your enrollment anniversary date (not the calendar year).

2.2 Tier Progression

  • Your tier is reviewed and may reset on your enrollment anniversary date each year

  • If you reach a higher tier mid-year, you retain that tier through your anniversary date

  • Tier privileges activate immediately upon reaching the threshold

  • You may be notified of tier changes via email and SMS

3. Tier Privileges

Privileges may change over time and are subject to availability and scheduling. Some privileges may be limited by route scheduling, staffing, and seasonal capacity.

3.1 Partner Tier ($0–$499)

  • Birthday recognition: 2 stamps annually

  • Enrollment anniversary recognition: 2 stamps annually

  • Care Alliance Portal access and stamp tracking

  • Email and SMS notifications

3.2 Protector Tier ($500–$999)

  • All Partner Tier privileges

  • Priority waitlist access for cancellations and openings

  • Member-only care releases (early access to select seasonal offerings and limited-availability opportunities)

  • Gleam Professional Care Collection (one-time, 4 points) at first-time tier attainment

3.3 Guardian Tier ($1,000–$2,499)

  • All Protector Tier privileges

  • Two CarCare Concierge redemptions per year (up to 30 miles one way)

  • Quarterly member raffles (Guardian and Curator only)

  • Shine Professional Care Collection (one-time, 7 points) at first-time tier attainment

3.4 Curator Tier ($2,500+)

  • All Guardian Tier privileges

  • VIP scheduling priority

  • Unlimited CarCare Concierge redemptions per year (up to 30 miles one way)

  • Access to an exclusive annual client event

  • Radiance Professional Care Collection (one-time, 12 points) at first-time tier attainment

4. Earning Stamps

4.1 How Stamps Are Earned

You earn stamps on eligible purchases based on your current tier’s earning rate. Stamps are calculated on the net amount after any redemptions have been applied.

4.2 Eligible Purchases

Stamps are earned on:

  • Paid services (including detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other eligible services)

  • Eligible retail product purchases

  • Signature Detailing Club membership purchases

  • Gift certificate purchases

4.3 Exclusions

Taxes and fees are not included in stamp calculations.

4.4 Stamp Tracking

  • Stamps may be tracked as decimal values (not rounded)

  • You will receive stamp balance updates after each service via email and SMS

  • You can check your stamp balance via the Care Alliance Portal or by contacting us

4.5 Stamp Validity

Stamps never expire unless your account is closed or the Program is terminated.

5. Redeeming Stamps (Benefit Redemptions)

5.1 Redemption Levels and Benefit Menu

Redemptions are offered at the following stamp levels. Each redemption applies to one selected benefit.

  • 3 stamps — Quick Care (choose 1): Quick Interior Window Cleaning; Priority Openings Access (30 days)

  • 7 stamps — Convenience and Maintenance (choose 1): CarCare Concierge (up to 30 miles one way); Maintenance Essentials Kit

  • 11 stamps — Service (choose 1): Essential Exterior Detail; CarCare Concierge (up to 60 miles one way); Premium Wash Kit

  • 15 stamps — Guidance (choose 1): Vehicle Care Strategy Session (45–60 minutes); Complete Care Kit

5.2 How to Redeem

  • Redemptions are initiated through the Care Alliance Portal (or by contacting our team)

  • After redeeming, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or SMS

5.3 30-Day Use Window

To keep tracking simple and ensure availability, redeemed benefits must be scheduled or used within 30 days of redemption. Unused redeemed benefits expire after 30 days and are not reissued.

5.4 Availability and Scheduling

  • Experience-based benefits are subject to availability and route scheduling

  • Concierge mileage is measured one way using the shortest Google Maps route

  • Benefits cannot be applied retroactively to completed services

  • All redemptions are final unless Hanson’s Auto Detail permits otherwise

6. Professional Care Collections

6.1 What They Are

When you reach Protector, Guardian, or Curator tier for the first time, you receive a one-time point allotment to curate items from the approved Professional Care Collection selection.

6.2 Point Values

  • Protector: Gleam Collection (4 points)

  • Guardian: Shine Collection (7 points)

  • Curator: Radiance Collection (12 points)

6.3 Collection Rules

  • Selection must be made within 30 days of tier qualification

  • Selections are final and cannot be exchanged

  • Points and selections are non-transferable

  • Products are subject to availability

7. Referral Recognition

7.1 How Referrals Work

You may refer friends and family to Hanson’s Auto Detail. When your referral completes their first service, you earn bonus stamps.

7.2 Referral Bonus

  • You earn: 4 bonus stamps per successful referral

  • Your referral receives: 4 welcome stamps (all new clients receive this)

7.3 Referral Rules

  • Your referral must mention your name at booking or upon arrival

  • Only the first person to refer a new client is eligible for the bonus

  • Referral verification is required before stamps are awarded

8. Birthday and Anniversary Recognition

8.1 Eligibility

Birthday and enrollment anniversary recognition is available to active members who have had a service within the past 12 months. Members inactive for 12+ months are not eligible.

8.2 Details

  • Birthday recognition: 2 stamps annually

  • Enrollment anniversary recognition: 2 stamps annually

  • Recognition stamps are added via email and/or SMS notification

9. Care Alliance Portal and Account Management

9.1 Portal Access

You can access your Program account via the Care Alliance Portal. The portal displays your tier status, stamp balance, and redemption options.

9.2 Account Updates

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information. Update your phone number or email via the portal or by contacting us.

9.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time. Upon closure, unused stamps are forfeited.

10. Returns, Adjustments, and Verification

10.1 Adjustments

Hanson’s Auto Detail may adjust your account to correct errors in stamp calculation or awards, or to account for returns/adjustments.

10.2 Fraud and Misuse

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud or misuse (including false referrals or unauthorized account access). Accounts involved in misuse may be suspended or terminated and stamps may be forfeited.

11. Non-Transferability and No Cash Value

  • Stamps and balances are non-transferable

  • Stamps have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents

12. Promotional Use and Consent

By participating in the Program, you agree that Hanson’s Auto Detail may use your name, likeness, testimonials, and service photos for promotional purposes. You may opt out in writing.

13. Program Modifications and Termination

13.1 Right to Modify

Hanson’s Auto Detail reserves the right to modify the Program, including terms, tier thresholds, earning rates, and benefit offerings.

13.2 Program Termination

If the Program is terminated, we will provide notice and a reasonable window to redeem stamps, as determined by Hanson’s Auto Detail.

14. Legal Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Hanson’s Auto Detail is not liable for technical failures, system downtime, or data loss related to the portal or messaging.

16. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the Effective Date above and supersede all previous versions. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
