Hanson's Auto Detail Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Hanson's Auto Detail Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1 Eligibility

The Rewards Program is open to individual consumers only. Businesses, fleets, dealerships, and commercial accounts are not eligible to participate.

1.2 Enrollment

Enrollment is automatic and free when you make an inquiry or book a service with Hanson's Auto Detail. No application or forms are required. You will receive confirmation of your enrollment via email and/or SMS.

1.3 Account Ownership

Your rewards account is for your personal use only. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Membership Tiers

2.1 Tier Structure

The Rewards Program has four membership tiers. Your tier is determined by your total spending during the 12-month period from your enrollment anniversary date (not the calendar year).

2.2 Tier Progression

  • Your tier is reviewed and may reset on your enrollment anniversary date each year

  • If you reach a higher tier mid-year, you retain those benefits through your anniversary date

  • Tier benefits activate immediately upon reaching the spending threshold

  • You will be notified of tier changes via email and SMS

3. Tier Benefits

3.1 Clean Tier ($0–$499 annual spending)

  • Birthday bonus: 2 stamps

  • Anniversary bonus: 2 stamps

  • Free interior window cleaning (once between any two paid services)

  • Member dashboard access

  • Email and SMS notifications

3.2 Gleam Tier ($500–$999 annual spending)

  • All Clean Tier benefits

  • Priority scheduling (guaranteed appointment within 2 weeks)

  • Priority waitlist status for cancellations

  • One free CarCare Concierge service per year (up to 30 miles)

  • Exclusive member offers

  • Gleam Professional Care Collection (one-time, 4 points)

3.3 Shine Tier ($1,000–$2,499 annual spending)

  • All Gleam Tier benefits

  • Early access to monthly promotions

  • Two free CarCare Concierge services per year (up to 30 miles)

  • Member-only raffles (quarterly)

  • Educational and networking events

  • Shine Professional Care Collection (one-time, 7 points)

3.4 Flawless Tier ($2,500+ annual spending)

  • All Shine Tier benefits

  • Guaranteed appointments (first priority in scheduling)

  • Unlimited CarCare Concierge services per year (up to 30 miles)

  • Exclusive annual Customer Appreciation Event (invitation-only)

  • VIP treatment

  • Flawless Professional Care Collection (one-time, 12 points)

4. Earning Stamps

4.1 How Stamps Are Earned

You earn stamps on all paid services and retail product purchases based on your current tier's earning rate. Stamps are calculated on the net amount of service after all discounts and redemptions have been applied.

4.2 Eligible Purchases

Stamps are earned on:

  • All detailing services (interior, exterior, ceramic coating, paint correction, motorcycle, RV, boat, aviation, leather repair, headlight restoration)

  • Branded retail products and accessories

  • Signature Detailing Club membership purchases

  • Gift certificate purchases

4.3 Stamp Calculation

Stamps are earned only on the net amount of service, after all discounts, coupons, gift certificates, and promotional offers have been deducted. Taxes and fees are not included in stamp calculation.

Example: If a service is priced at $300 and you apply a $50 reward coupon and a $30 gift certificate, stamps are earned on the remaining $220 balance.

4.4 Stamp Tracking

  • Stamps are tracked as decimal values (not rounded)

  • You will receive stamp balance updates after each service via email and SMS

  • You can check your stamp balance anytime via your member dashboard at hansonsautodetail.com or by contacting us

4.5 Stamp Validity

Stamps never expire and remain valid indefinitely unless your account is closed or the program is terminated.

5. Redeeming Stamps

5.1 Redemption Values

You may convert your stamps into coupons according to the following values:

  • 2 Stamps = $10 coupon

  • 3 Stamps = $18 coupon

  • 5 Stamps = $32 coupon

  • 7 Stamps = $48 coupon

5.2 How to Redeem

  • Redemption is entirely at your discretion

  • Request redemption via your member dashboard, by phone, email, or in person

  • Redemption requests are processed within 24 hours during business hours

  • Coupons are issued via email and SMS

5.3 Coupon Usage Rules

  • One coupon may be applied per individual service line item

  • Coupon value must be less than or equal to the service line item value

  • If you book multiple services in one appointment, you may apply one coupon to each service

  • Coupons must be used within 30 days of issuance

  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Expired coupons cannot be reissued or extended

Example: If you book an Interior Detail ($350) and an Exterior Detail ($250), you may apply one $32 coupon to each service for a total savings of $64.

5.4 Stacking with Promotions

Reward coupons may be combined with monthly promotions for additional savings.

5.5 Redemption Process

  • Present your coupon code at booking or mention it during your service appointment

  • Coupons are applied at the time of service completion

  • Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to completed services

  • All redemptions are final and irrevocable

6. Professional Care Collections

6.1 What Are Professional Care Collections?

When you reach Gleam, Shine, or Flawless tier for the first time, you receive a one-time bundle of points to redeem for curated maintenance products or services.

6.2 Collection Point Values

  • Gleam: 4 points

  • Shine: 7 points

  • Flawless: 12 points

6.3 Collection Rules

  • Points must be redeemed within 30 days of reaching the tier

  • All points must be used in a single redemption

  • Selections are final and cannot be exchanged

  • Points are non-transferable

  • All selections are subject to availability

7. Referral Program

7.1 How Referrals Work

You may refer friends, family, and colleagues to Hanson's Auto Detail. When your referral completes their first service, you earn bonus stamps.

7.2 Referral Rewards

  • You earn: 4 bonus stamps per successful referral

  • Your referral receives: 4 welcome stamps (all new clients receive this)

7.3 Referral Process

  1. Share Hanson's Auto Detail with your friend

  2. Your friend books and completes their first service

  3. Your friend mentions your name at booking or upon arrival

  4. We verify the referral

  5. You receive 4 bonus stamps after your friend's service is completed

7.4 Referral Eligibility

  • Only the first person to refer a new client receives bonus stamps

  • Referral verification is required before stamps are awarded

8. Birthday & Anniversary Bonuses

8.1 Eligibility

Birthday and anniversary bonuses are available to active members who have had a service within the past 12 months. Members inactive for 12+ months are not eligible.

8.2 Bonus Details

  • Birthday bonus: 2 stamps (delivered via email and/or SMS)

  • Anniversary bonus: 2 stamps (delivered via email and/or SMS on your enrollment anniversary date)

  • Bonuses are valid for 30 days from issuance

9. Member Dashboard & Account Management

9.1 Dashboard Access

You can access your rewards account 24/7 via the member dashboard at hansonsautodetail.com. The dashboard displays your tier status, stamp balance, benefits, and redemption options.

9.2 Account Updates

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information. Update your phone number, email, or address via the member dashboard or by contacting us. Changes take effect immediately.

9.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Upon closure:

  • All unused stamps and rewards are forfeited

  • Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed

  • You must re-enroll as a new member if you wish to participate again

10. Returns, Adjustments & Account Verification

10.1 Stamp Adjustments for Returns

If you return a service or product for which you earned stamps, the corresponding stamps will be deducted from your account. You will be notified of the adjustment via email and SMS.

10.2 Account Verification

All stamp balances and account activities are subject to verification by Hanson's Auto Detail. Verification is typically completed within 5 business days, and you will receive written confirmation of the results.

10.3 Error Corrections

Hanson's Auto Detail may adjust your account to correct errors in stamp calculation or award. You will be notified of any corrections with an explanation.

10.4 Fraud & Misuse

Hanson's Auto Detail reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud or program misuse, including false referrals, duplicate accounts, unauthorized account access, or coupon fraud. Accounts involved in fraud may be suspended or terminated, and all stamps and rewards will be forfeited. Hanson's Auto Detail may pursue legal action for significant fraud.

11. Non-Transferability

11.1 Personal Use Only

  • Reward stamps and balances are non-transferable

  • Stamps cannot be gifted, shared, sold, or transferred to another person

  • Accounts cannot be inherited; upon your death, the account is closed and stamps are forfeited

11.2 No Cash Value

  • Stamps have no cash value

  • Stamps cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents

  • Stamps are redeemable for service coupons and products only

12. Promotional Use & Consent

12.1 Marketing Consent

By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree that Hanson's Auto Detail may use your name, likeness, testimonials, and service photos for promotional purposes, including social media, website, email marketing, print materials, and advertising. No additional compensation will be provided.

12.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out of promotional use by contacting us in writing. You may also request removal of testimonials or request that photos/videos not be used for promotion at the time of service.

13. Program Modifications & Termination

13.1 Right to Modify

Hanson's Auto Detail reserves the right to modify the program terms, benefits, tier thresholds, earning rates, or redemption values at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email and SMS at least 30 days in advance. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13.2 Protection of Existing Rewards

Existing earned stamps and redeemed coupons are not affected by program modifications. You may redeem previously earned stamps under the original terms for 60 days following any modification. After 60 days, new redemption rules apply.

13.3 Program Termination

Hanson's Auto Detail reserves the right to terminate the Rewards Program at any time. You will be notified at least 60 days in advance. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to redeem outstanding stamps. Unredeemed stamps will be forfeited after the 90-day redemption window.

13.4 Account Suspension

Hanson's Auto Detail may suspend your account for fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms. Suspended members cannot earn or redeem stamps during the suspension period. You will be notified of any suspension with an explanation and information about the appeal process.

14. Legal Terms

14.1 No Cash Value

Stamps and rewards have no monetary value outside the Rewards Program and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or other monetary compensation.

14.2 Finality of Redemptions

All redemptions are final and irrevocable unless Hanson's Auto Detail permits otherwise. Redeemed coupons cannot be refunded or exchanged for stamps. Expired coupons cannot be extended or reissued.

14.3 Discretion & Final Authority

All program interpretations, eligibility determinations, and disputes are decided by Hanson's Auto Detail at its sole discretion. Hanson's Auto Detail's decisions are final and binding. You may appeal decisions in writing within 14 days of notification.

14.4 Governing Law

This program is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All disputes are subject to Pennsylvania jurisdiction and venue. The program is void where prohibited by law.

14.5 Limitation of Liability

Hanson's Auto Detail is not liable for lost, stolen, or compromised member accounts, technical failures, system downtime, or data loss. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and information.

14.6 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them enforceable.

15.2 Account Support

You may request account verification, balance inquiries, or coupon status via any contact method. We respond within 1 hour during business hours or by the next business day if after hours. All requests are handled confidentially.

15.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or concern, please contact us in writing with your name, account details, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 7 business days. You may appeal our decision within 14 days of our response.

16. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of December 6, 2025 and supersede all previous versions. Hanson's Auto Detail reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
