Hanson’s Auto Detail Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Membership:

• Eligibility: Free to join and open to individual consumers only. Not available for businesses, fleets, or dealerships.

• Automatic Enrollment: Every client is automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program.

Member Use:

• Personal Use Only: Benefits are for personal use by the registered member only. Members may not share their Rewards account.

Account Access:

• Notifications: Members will be notified of earned and available Stamps after every service via email and text. They can also inquire directly with us.

Earning Rewards:

• Stamp Accumulation: Stamp accumulation varies with tier. Earn Stamps based on the tier-specific accumulation rate.

• Flexible Redemption: Rewards are not automatically issued; members can redeem their Stamps whenever they choose.

Tier Professional Care Collection:

• Eligibility & Redemption

  • Tier maintenance bundles are awarded one time only upon first achieving each tier level

  • Available points per tier: Gleam - 4 points; Shine - 7 points; Flawless - 12 points

• Bundle Guidelines:

  • All points must be used in a single redemption

  • Products must be selected within 30 days of tier achievement

  • Selections are final and cannot be exchanged

  • Products and points are non-transferable

  • All selections subject to availability

  • Our team will assist in optimizing your selections

Redemption:

• Redemption Window: Coupons must be used within 30 days of issuance.

• Service Application: One Reward Coupon can be applied per individual service line item with a value greater than the coupon in a booking. Multiple services in a booking can each have one Reward Coupon applied.

Referral Program:

• Referral Process: Referrers must provide accurate contact information for both themselves and the referred friend. At least a mobile phone number or email is required for notifications. All referrals must be submitted using the referral form in your Rewards Dashboard.

• Rewards Stamps: Bonus Rewards Stamps will be awarded upon successful completion of the referred service. The first referrer of a client is eligible for the bonus stamps.

• High-Value Referral Bonus: An additional 2 Rewards Stamps will be awarded if the referred client spends over $1000.

Non-Transferability:

• Individual Accounts: Reward balances are non-transferable and cannot be shared or inherited.

Returns:

• Stamp Adjustments: If a purchase earning Stamps is returned, the corresponding Stamps may be deducted.

Review and Verification:

• Account Verification: All Stamp balances and activities are subject to verification by Hanson’s Auto Detail.

Errors and Adjustments:

• Account Corrections: Hanson’s Auto Detail may adjust accounts due to errors, fraud, or misuse of the program.

No Cash Value:

• Non-Monetary Rewards: Reward Stamps have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Finality of Redemptions:

• Irrevocable Use: All redemptions are final unless otherwise permitted by Hanson’s Auto Detail.

Promotional Use:

• Consent for Promotion: Members agree that Hanson’s Auto Detail may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Discretion and Decisions:

• Program Authority: All program interpretations and eligibility decisions are made by Hanson’s Auto Detail and are final.

Program Changes:

• Modification Rights: Hanson’s Auto Detail may modify or cancel the program at any time. Existing rewards will not be affected by changes.

Legal Compliance:

• Jurisdictional Compliance: The program is void where prohibited by law.
