What's the difference between Signature Master and Signature Maintenance memberships?
Both tiers include monthly maintenance, annual engine bay detail, annual decontamination wash, priority scheduling, and cancel-anytime flexibility. Signature Master adds lifetime ceramic coating protection on paint, glass, trim, and wheels with unlimited reapplications, interior coating application and maintenance, and exclusive member appreciation events.
Can I join the Signature Detailing Club if I don't already have a Hanson's ceramic coating? Absolutely. New clients can enroll in Signature Master with our $750 Lifetime Protection Package upfront, which includes a complete master ceramic coating package (paint, wheels, engine, chrome). Then your membership begins at $140-180/month. This is an excellent way to invest in lifetime protection while enjoying all Club benefits.
What happens if I need to cancel my Club membership?
You can cancel anytime, no questions asked, no penalties. We believe in earning your loyalty through service excellence. If you ever want to rejoin, we'll welcome you back. Note: If you cancel Master membership, your lifetime paint coating protection requires an annual maintenance service to maintain the warranty. Maintenance members have no ongoing requirements after cancellation.
What makes your ceramic coating different from other shops?
We use professional-grade System X coatings—not consumer products. Every application is IDA-certified with commercial-grade equipment and infrared curing technology. Most importantly, our packages include complete ceramic protection on paint, glass, trim, and wheels. Other shops sell paint coating separately and charge extra for glass, trim, and wheel protection. We include everything.
