Loyalty Cards are valid as long as at least one (1) Purchase is made every twelve (12) months. If no purchases are made within a twelve-month period, the entire Loyalty Points account balance will expire.
Loyalty Program is for consumers only. Program is not available for Businesses, Fleet Programs, Dealerships, etc.
The benefits of the program are intended for the use of the person listed on the account (“Member”).
A Member may not allow any other person to use his or her Loyalty Program.
Member’s may access their Loyalty Program account through the Member Portal or Member App.
Members may redeem their points for Rewards Vouchers through the Member Portal or Member App. Reward E-Vouchers must be used by and expire 3 months after point redemption.
Loyalty Points will be awarded for whole dollars only.
Loyalty Point balances are non-transferable, including upon death and divorce.
Refer A Friend Referrals must be completed through the Web Portal or the App. No other methods will be honored. Reward E-Voucher will be earned once the Referee completes their first purchase.
Facebook and other sharing must be completed through the Web Portal or the App to earn Reward Points. No other methods will be honored.
If a member purchases and subsequently returns merchandise, Hanson’s Auto Detail may deduct from the Member’s Loyalty Points, the number of credits awarded for the purchase of the subsequently returned merchandise.
All Loyalty Point accumulations are subject to review and verification.
Hanson’s Auto Detail uses reasonable efforts to track a Member’s activity. The determination of Hanson’s Auto Detail shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Loyalty Program.
Loyalty Points have no cash value.
All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Hanson’s Auto Detail.
Members agree to allow Hanson’s Auto Detail the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or further consent.
Hanson’s Auto Detail engages in strategic relationships, which may result in the accumulation of Bonus Credits that are deposited into a member comp account.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for the Loyalty Program lie solely with Hanson’s Auto Detail whose decisions are final.
Hanson’s Auto Detail reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant’s reward(s) already acquired or redeemed.
